Project Semakau volunteers completed the last transect survey of the year under an overcast sky.

On 23 August 2009, an intertidal walk at Semakau was conducted for 27 students from Dunman High and 26 students from Queensway Secondary.

Project Semakau had its last morning survey on 22 August 2009, where volunteers had to meet at 4.30am in the morning to catch the very early low tide.
