Registration

• Download the registration form.

• Post the form and your payment to Ms Greasi Simon, Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research, Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore (117600)

• Alternatively you can fax (6774-8101) or email (symposium@sivasothi.com) the filled forms and send the cheque by mail.

• The early bird fees are $10 for students, SIBiol members and RMBR Toddycats, $20 for adults. Late registrations (after the 30th June 2003) cost $30.

• Please make all cheques payable to “The National University of Singapore”

• Write your name and telephone number on the reverse of the cheque.

• You can also submit payments in cash at the Registration counter on the 11th of July 2003.
