Abstract
Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve is a nature reserve of diverse tropical biodiversity. Support for the wetland reserve is crucial for its continued growth and relevance. Increasing the public’s interest and understanding becomes an important priority. Through SBWR’s education outreach programmes, Singapore’s residents and friends from overseas can experience nature and discover opportunities to make meaningful contributions to the wetland reserve. The sustained conservation and relevance of SBWR is a shared responsibility and depend on the involvement of the people, private sector and other public agencies.
